Boil
potatoes until tender; drain and cool completely. When
cool, peel and dice. Place diced potatoes in large bowl
along with eggs and onions. In medium bowl, mix
mayonnaise, salad dressing and relish. Pour just enough
dressing over potato mixture to coat all ingredients.
Gently toss, adding salt and pepper to taste. If desired,
sprinkle Seasoning Salt over top and garnish with parsley.
Serves 14 to 16.
