WILLIE'S TARTAR SAUCE
2 cups mayo 1/3 cup lemon juice ˝ cup Willie’s Zucchini Relish ˝ tsp cream of tartar ˝ tsp of Dijon mustard or yellow mustard Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate before serving.
Serve with Fish & Chips for a truly unique and specialty tartar sauce.
