BASIL AND PICKLED PEPPER DRESSING

 
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tablesppons Strub's Sweet Pimento Peppers, finely chopped

With wire wisk in medium bowl, blend together oil, basil,
garlic, cheese and pickled pepper. 
Yield: 1/3 cup
