In
frying pan add butter, shallots, cranberries and ginger.
Sauté for 2 minutes add apples and sage, salt &
pepper to taste. Continue
to sauté mixture until fruit is soft. Turn stove to low
heat and add Dijon mustard and Zucchini relish cook for 3 – 5
min.
This
is ideal to serve warm over pork tenderloin, chops, and chicken
or duck breasts.
